Winstone Aggregates operates a Summer Internship Programme open to penultimate (second to last) year students. Students work on real time projects that contribute significantly to our business as well as meeting the professional work requirements of a student’s degree. Upon graduation, summer interns are given the opportunity to apply for selection into our Graduate Programme.
Maori Students
Winstone Aggregates has developed a relationship with the Ngāti Koroki Kahukura Trust, who represent the Ngāti Koroki Kahukura Rohe.
Our relationship with Ngāti Koroki Kahukura Trust aims to find opportunities for people development, and as a result of this Winstone Aggregates has specifically developed a summer internship programme for students of Maori descent. The programme is designed to give a student working towards a degree in Science (such as zoology, botany, ecology), Environmental Science, Geography, Geology, Planning or Resource Management, an opportunity to gain industry experience and leadership skills as well as an appreciation of industry and their possible role within it.
